Turbo whistle

Anyone know a turbocharger that will whistle like a 6.0 powers once you turn the engine off? There was this 24v with a different turbo that spooled down slowly after he shut it off.

I think its a combination of a ball bearing turbo (Garrett for example) and bhaf.

I know my friends 24 valve is ALOT louder in the cab and outsude idling then my 95 by just removing the stock airbox & silencer ring and adding a bhaf.

It's more than likely due to the VNT style turbo on the 6.0 Powerstroke, my TDI had a VNT and created the same noise.
