installed head, got a concern

I sent my head to midwest engines to have 60lb vs installed and have the head decked and tested for cracks. Installed it today and torqued it down but some of the rocker arms have a little movement in them, I can rock them a little bit.. The springs are obviously as far out as they are gonna be, the valves are closed. So what gives? I know the pushrods are seated correctly.

Also found out my head is an international head (has the logo behind the intake manifold). I assume the block is as well, only has 130k on it so I believe the head is original. I'll look for the logo on the block when I get the timing cover off to cover the dowel pin.
