did i choose the wrong turbine housing?

so my new turbo should be here in a day or two but now i am considering sending it back to get a 14mm t4 flange instead of the 12mm t3. ive been doing a lot of reading and i wanted to still have good spool up times for towing but i have seen that it seems people are being able to get about the same if not the same out of the 14mm housing as the 12 with some pump tuning. would the size in housings make that big of a difference performance wise and would it help lower drive pressure and egts?

here is the turbo i ordered
Turbocharger Name - S362 extended tip and race cover for compressor housing
Compressor Wheel Inducer - 62mm
Compressor Wheel Exducer - 80.6mm
Compressor Wheel Trim - 54
Turbine Wheel Inducer - 76.3mm
Turbine Wheel Exducer - 67.6mm
Turbine Wheel Trim - 79
T3 V band .70A/R

i would be getting the T4 divided V band .91 A/R if i sent it back

and so far the truck will have #100 fuel plate (or plate less for now if i cant spool the turbo effectively)
4gsk and #60 valve springs
Afc housing spring kit (if needed to control smoke)
shaved foot and washer fix for full rack travel
stock injectors and DV's for now
This is also a 215hp pump if that helps
head studs and o-ringed for later fun

also if this is already a 14mm housing or i just have my sizes wrong feel free to smack me with the stupid stick
