The real question should be are you getting all the power you want while still keeping your egts in line?

If you are spooling the little turbo and not spooling the second turbo are you sure the system is plumbed correctly?

How much smoke are you blowing with the skinny pedal on the floor?

What size housing on the 3b?

Try setting the wastegate on the secondary to 28-30psi

At full boost with no haze sounds like you are right on for the way I would tune it.

at full boost there isnt much tuning involved, but how long it takes to get there can be tweaked quite a bit.

Even with no smoke at WOT you still want there to be a better pressure ratio on the twins, that will help with spool and efficiency of the system.

What plate are you running in the pump? If you're still running the stock plate then you will definately see an improvement by running an aftermarket plate or none at all. What is the small turbo wastegated at? You're definately not overfueled, and wont be till you get more than a haze at full boost.
