S&B intake. anyone got bad things to say about em?
i just bought one for the truck in my sig. hasn't gotten here yet but i was wondering if there was a better intake for me to buy. i spent 270 on it if that makes a difference. i would have loved to fab up my own but i don't have a welder or the capacity for one
S&B is one of the best intake companies out...everyone i know who's had one has nothing but good things to say about em

I just installed an S&B in my 98 and am quite impressed...I have used AFE in the past and have one in my 06, but for the price of the S&B 8 layer, I don't think they can be beat. Got that neat little inverted end on the high efficiency 8 layer which I like that the AFE PG7 doesn't have. If I was to buy another it would be S&B...
Pretty happy with my S&B its a well built unit and nice price. Cant say I noticed a difference between the Afe and S&b on the truck because of the other mods.
