I've searched and haven't found what I'm looking for. Everyone says the injectors out of a 215 truck are a nice upgrade. However, I haven't found how much more power I'll get. Granted, it varies with supporting mods. So, what am I looking at if I swap some 215's in my '94 5spd?

i have 215's, my buddy put 370's in his 98 so i got his old ones. its not exactly night and day difference but you will notice a slight power increase. then again, you will notice more from your 94 which should be a 160 my 97 was a 180 i believe.
Yeah, what he said. I put 215 injectors in my 1998 auto. It's not night and day difference. But, I did notice better throttle response. You might be looking at 10-15 horsepower difference. But, again, it might make a bigger difference in your 1994.

Should I go ahead and step up to a little more aggressive injector? I figure I might as well for just a couple hundred more, but I don't want to fry the stock turbo. Mind you, this truck is a DD. Looking for 400 hp max.

215s are a decent cheap upgrade. but for the money you could just step up and ger some 5x12s. they can be had for pretty cheap. JKid sells 370s with the correct spray pattern for 370 bucks. so its basicaly what your pocket book will alow.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the truck has a 175 pump, correct? Even then would you still not go with the 215? Also I can't find much on the description of the injectors and what they mean, such as 5x.012, 5x.014, etc. What does that mean? So what injector would you guys recommend?

well i would suggest goin with SDX 5x0.012's they are roughly a 90 hp increase over stock and burn pretty clean. they are really reasonably priced to and they build a great injector. i have their 5x14 in mine and my brother has their 5x12 in his and he loves them. its SouthernDieselXtreme. just give them a call and tell them what you are lookin for and they will help you out.
