you don't need dv's for 500hp, if you get a turbo so get you a good 55psi with not much lag(for street use) around 150 injectors, some timing, 100/0 plate, full forward, i think you will be there.

yea i think u'll be close to 500..... the htt 62 mite hold back a lil bit. but your setup should spool up better then my setup.... have 4.10s must suk too. im glad i got stock 3.54s... at 3k rpm in 5th its at bout 110mph
I dont get it ? This IS NOT a POS BD turbo. This turbo is designed to run between 475-525hp ?? Custom porting and different pitch wheels......etc
What turbine wheel size?
To the OP, 500 doesnt take alot to reach. Its all in buying parts that compliment each other.
In essence, all it takes to reach 500 hp on a 180/215 pump:
62/71 s300
5 x .012" injectors
19mm rack travel
Tuned AFC (people throw this phrase around too often when they don't truly have one)
4" exhaust + intake of your choice
16-18* timing
3-4k gsk
Anything else isnt necessarily needed and is wasted money. If 500 is your only goal, buy the above, save the rest to o-ring the head and stud it for insurance. Its hard not to make power on a 12v unless you cant match parts correctly
