Black foam pieces coming out vents.

Lately I have noticed small pieces of black foam coming out of dash vents.
it must be that the foam is dry rotted and fan is blowing it out when on high
setting. What is the fix for this?. and can it be reached from behind the glove box?.

the foam seal from the ac to the adjustable vents mine started flying out last year I have had no issues from them missing and have not tried replacing them. however it is pretty hard to keep the truck clean with them flying out for a while, i know I took off my dash bezel around the gauges and just peeled the rest of the foam off that helped.
