Gear jumping and Rpm and battery gauge?

Ok guys, I have a 97 3500 12 valve and i replaced the TPS sensor, The bushing in the TPS Assembly, Cleaned all grounds on Truck, Replaced the Starter, Replaced the Alternator, New sensor on the tail housing of tranny, cleaned all computer plugs, New Battery terminoles, And still no better? The RPM gauge just sits here and bounces all over the TAC, While its bouncing the battery gauge is also bouncing with the Rpm gauge and interior lights dimming! I'm out of ideas and thoughts? Any more ideas

How's the serpentine belt look? I had something similar happen and when I replaced my belt and tensioner the problem disappeared.

Do a search on engine speed sensor and see if any of those symptoms apply.

Check wiring, connector and gap. If it still acts up replace the sensor.
