2wd trucks shouldn't have a track bar. Only 4wd...

I have been thinking about upgrading my suspension system to the Carli, Lorenz or Kore..Would I still be wise to add one of these stablizers??

forgot to mention it's a cab/chassis or HD truck...it's a 2wd 'straight axle', has the solid tube and coils springs. Rip at Source Auto had me measure the sway bar mounting bolts and told me I needed to order a 4x4 DSS.

bigbulls1954: I think it'd be a good idea, there's a lot of stress on the gearbox sector shaft if you don't.

yr. 2000 4x4. How did you get the drivers side of the bar out? I removed the nut and pounded on the end of the bolt, pried down on the bar from below and nothing. pass. side is out
