Hello Guys:

For More than a month in normal driving condition on High Way It loose the power and turn the engine ligth on. P2149 and P2146 at this moment. I press and depres a acelerator pedal few times and the truck begin to work fine. On fthursday it happens again but persist until now. P2149, P2146,P0202, P0201 at this time. The engine is running rough and have no power. I clear the codes and the P0202 persist. Today in the morning begin with with P0204 and P0202.

Start with the active codes. p0202 is a problem with injector #2 circuit, p0204 is the #4 circuit. Remove valve cover and rocker cover and check the gasket/injection harness. Check for damaged wires and connections at the top of the injectors. over tighten will damage and looseness will also throw those codes. This is something you can do for free and check your yourself. But it sounds like you have a electrical issue. Also check the main injection harness connectors at the valve cover. Remove , silicone spray and reinstall connectors. Start here, sounds like that gasket/internal injection harness may be giving you the problems.

it could also be a bad injector shorting internally - that would explain the P2146 code that was there - does the 2146 return - if not i definitely agree with cujo - just my .02
