No Rpms!

My Tachometer In My 95 Dodge Cummins Doesnt Move At All. Could It Be My Crank Positioning Sensor Or My Guage Cluster? How Do I Find Out?

I had a old ford that the RPM gauge did not work, i hooked up a aftermaket on and it worked fine, that how i found out it was the Gauge Cluster..

just a idea to narrow it down before you start rippin out the dash

Wow, first time i brought up a 95, but there aren't any wiring diagrams for a 95 that i could find, so i went off a 96. The Gray/blue stripe wire is the tachometer signal, but i'm not sure if it varies with voltage or pulses though since it comes from the PCM.
