Vibration at 60-70 mph

I have a 07 3500 4 X 4 standard cab dually lifted 6" 37" tires. Recently developed a vibration at 60-70 mph. checked u joints on the rear and found one bad. Pulled the drive shaft had both u joints replaced. After reinstalling the shaft and driving I still have a slight vibration that I feel in the floor board, and in the seat. I dont feel it in the steering or the the gear shift. Could it be the tires out of balance? or driveshaft out of balance? Please help.

checked the front u joints and they are tight, no signs of wear on them. As for the angle of the rear driveshaft at the pinion, maybe 3 degrees down.

Probably an irregularity in the carcass of a tire or an out of balance wheel. Rotate your tires. Irregularities are somewhat common, and unavoidable. The reason you are hitting it at 60 t0 70 is the tire size. This problem usually occurs at lower speeds due to tire rotation speed. IE Bigger tire turns slower, so problem occurs at higher speed.
