still wont start?????

OK my buddy's 04 2500ctd wont start. we have tried everything. checked all sensors and plugs and we are getting fuel, soo obviously there is something wrong with the ECU.. or do u guys know of anything else that could be keeping it from starting? we are lost and about ready to take it to the dealership. the only thing bad about that is getting it there. its got 14" of lift and 52" tires. not so easy to tow. please give me some incite we would appreciate it.

we havnt put ne thing on it for a while. it just quit. at first we thaught it was a fuel problem but no. the only codes it throws are the fan and the wastegate syl. codes. and they have been on for a long time. the truck has an airdog, 90hp nozzels, and a preditor chip and a bully dog uploader on it. we have sence taken the chips off. and still nothing. im leaning tword the ecu.
