CEL came on

my check engine light came on today when i first started the truck up this morning.

I read the code and it is a P0243 waste gate pressure control PWM.

I have the edge juice with attitude and a FBD 5" TB, and a AEM CAI. Truck is a 04.5 .

Has any one had this problem before?

I tried searching and came up with one other post that didnt help. Need to fix this today.

the p0243 is a waste gate control syl. check to see if it has come un-pluged or wires loose.

thanks for the reply. i have already done that. dealer has no clue on this too. they tell me i have to buy a whole turbo assembly so i can get the solenoid. seems kinda steep.

Ok I took my truck into Industrial injection I have a phat shaft 66 the changed a resistor they put inplace of the Syl. and it cleared it then i put on a Quadzilla boost fooler to make sure I dont have this problem any more. FYI A boost fooler on the map sensor is the only may to fix this on a 06 and greater ( so I was told) . All I can say is take it into some one that can clear the code and buy a Fooler they are 70 Bucks
