File a complaint with the Texas Department of Transportation they should help walk you through the process, if the dealership tries to avoid that get a lawyer to take the case.

Not sure how your state's lemon law works. I did mine in NC and our lemon law is about normal for most states.

It normally needs to be under factory warranty to qualify for the lemon law.

The SAME problem has to happen 4 times within the factory warranty period & or be in the shop for 21+ days for an accumulative amount of issues. And or seriously hindering the safety & operational quality of the vehicle (i.e airbags deploy randomly)

I did mine without a lawyer and it took me 13 months of nearly everyday on the phone. Mine was still under warranty. In your case they will try to help you out some but I think you have a few to many miles on it. In some cases they will buy your truck back for MSRP if you purchase one of their NEW trucks for MSRP.

PM me if you have any questions i've been through it all with Diamler Chrysler
