Are you sure it isn`t P0191?? Because my code sheet only shows this .........

I would think so , might need to be "reflashed" since it is a 07 it should be covered by the warranty ... I would think but I could be wrong ...

i just tried cycling the key 3 times and the code doesnt come up now...but my engine light is still on

That is funny I had something like that happen to me with my 08 not to long ago and I did the key cycle thing and it erased the code but the engine light stayed on so I went to the dealer he hooked up the starscan to it and presto all gone and no more engine light on ..... All my dealer said which he is a real good one told me that if the MIL or CEL are flashing then get it in ASAP but if it on solid not to panic just get it in when you can... He has not let me down yet .....Also I believe when you clear the odometer with the key trick the code still stays in the EMC until the dealer clears it ..... Someone can correct me if I am wrong....

that is a fuel pressure code happend to me i have an 05 dodge its an arrouneius code there is a flash for it in the tsb but if there is nothing wrong dont get the flash i did and my milage went down 1 mpg it is coverd under warrenty
