99 24v breaking up BAD on top end

99 24v juice smarty stack, driving truck shes ok, once i jump on it, she goes but doesnt poor smoke like it odes sometimes and it goes like my foot is halfway down and it really is floored!!! boost gets to about 25-26 n NO SMOKE AT ALL. then sometimes it acts like its putting the foot all the way to the ground n goes back and forth full throttle with smoke to bcking of to the 25-26 psi again. "ITS POPING" . sometimes get on the throttle n is pefectly fine, boosts all the way up to 37+ woth smoke .other times it pops back and forth allowing it to boost n smoke all the way like it should to going back to as if i had the foot at half throttle. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT THIS COULD BE? it does it pretty much when it wants to. n if it pops n "backs down" in a way its usually around and above 2300rpm. any advice would be greatly appreeciated-scott

do you have any other electronic performance otherthan hte smarty? if so id guess thats the issue?or is it just dodge,...also does your truck ever have any codes? -scott

just smarty. i get 0602 and 1693.

i had some other codes, but they havent come back.

my truck ran fine today, yesterday it didnt.

i need to take the smarty off but i dont have any other way for boost fooling.

so i couldnt run it anyway.

thats funny.yesterday it ran like s%iT today its ok.but id like to take it off n just have injectors. with my stack i saw a spike to 40psi for a slit second. surprisingly my truck is still a lead weight n doesnt move for anything.

i can tell you its really aggravating, pushing the go pedal and it doesnt go like it should.

it really the upper rpms though and only if i stomp it, if i roll into its fine but the psi doesnt go as high.

figures nothing either way. truck is fine again. i dont understand this and would hope someone chims in with some answers or reasonable suggestions. this is retarted. no codes other than the normal ones this has happened befoer in the past and hten worked fine again. this is one thing with dodges i am not to fond of,the electrial crap. any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i have a holley blue with stock lp, 1/2" lines all the way to the vp. bout 19-20psi at idle, 15 WOT
