Take the dash apart and pull the light or put a piece of black tape on the cluster in front of the light...

My tranny light came on when I first starting my mods on my 06' a year back. I put a Cooler and a deep pan on and it went away.

Guage/ deep pan/ and cooler are all great ideas with any slush box. Have the dealer code the ECM/PCm as Dodge will trip a light for metal in the fluid (that's tranny speak for you need a rebuild soon). Good Luck... Chris

i got that light to come on back in 06 when my truck was brand new(at pismo beach). i was mess'n around with it to hard. but that was the last time i ever saw it......... just like every says. deep pan , cooler, and synthectic fluids help it out dramatically.

Is the light still on?
hopefully you didn't get it to melting point?

i had my trans temp warning light come on about a year and a half ago, I was in some snow/mud and was rodding it pretty hard. After I let it idle for a few minutes in Nuetral it went away and have never seen in since.
Side note; does anyone know at what temp the light comes on? I didnt have my gauges back then and was kind of curious. Thanks
