Do you guys have to re-bleed it to get it to start? How is that return line check valve?

i had a similar problem with my fass. call up their customer service and talk to a tech support guy. the fass and from the sounds of it airdogs put too much pressure on the diaphragm of the vp causing it to hard start. They should send you a schematic where you will basically cut the hot wire on your pump and route it to your fuse box, depending on options put it in the power window fuse. This will cause the pump to turn off when you turn your key to start the truck. It will run when you turn the key to the on position, but cuts off when you actually start it, relieving pressure off the vp. Dont just do what i said though, get the diagram and work off of that, would hate to be the reason you messed somethin up on your truck, becuase it may be different with theirs.

OK.
If you havent noticed by now, Todd (snackpack) has been postin under my ID.
At first, there were some problems, hopefully we got them worked out.

Update:
Snackpack has left with his truck.

While he was posting, I was out test driving it and it was acting normally.

Allot of power, and it didn't fall off on the top end.

LOL! we did end up towing it back to my house,at one point earlier!!

nice lil 3/4 mile jog for me to get help.

I was taking a shower when he left, I will call him!
