1998 Dodge Starts then stalls

HELP I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 12 valve with a newly added waste vegetable oil system. Everything is hooked up correctly and there is no air getting into the fuel system(air leaks). Truck would start after priming. Turn off truck, wait 5 min then restart, run for 30 sec and stall. Disconnected the veg oil system to just run straight diesel. Same start and then stall happens again. New lift pump installed. Turned ignition to start and manually lifted the cold start solenoid and same stall happens. Is there something else to check? Something i'm missing or overlooking? Hope its not the IP! Thanks

air would have been my only guess, but you said that has been checked out, hopefully somebody else will chime in with some more insight. Any codes?

We have a scan tool...but no codes on the truck. Air leaks were non existant form the supply line near the firewall to the line at the IP. This proves out any air leaks throught the pre heater and lift pump. Have not ckecked for air leaks in the return system because it is under pressure and thought it would result in fuel leaks. Could air be getting in at the tank?(large white ring with rubber o-ring) The greasecar oil conversion kit came with barb fittings to reduce the 1/2" fuel line from the lift pump to the pre heater. They reduced 1/2" to 5/16". Is there a specific reason why dodge had the 1/2" line in the system and not 5/16".
