Triple Nickel Programing issues
I have been fighting some chip and or programing issues on my 03 cummins for the last 3 months and i cant get anywhere. It's the HO w/ 6 speed. I'm still running the stock cp3, injectors, and turbo. I have added the airraid intake w/ vol. tube, no silencer ring in the turbo, 4" exhaust no muffler, fass 150/150. I've been running the edge w/ attitude and i've been trying to stack it with a smarty. When i first stacked the two together i could get the timing out of the injectors and it would allow me to basically 'drain' my fuel rail. But now i can no longer get the timing and in turn i cant pull the rail below 19000. I have tried diff. smarty settings and switched to the new revoTNT tunes but my truck still will not allow me to gain the timing. I even took the edge clear off an still nothing. I'm sure other triple nickel owners have run into this but i just cant find the info or a solution. If you have any questions about the power settings or the rest of the setup ask. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Well right now i'm running the TNT and i've had it as low as #3 torq @4 timing @stock rail @3... with the edge completely off of it... Doesn't run terrible. I've been from level 5 through level 9 running torq 4. timing 2, rail 3 w/ edge hooked up and on each smarty level ran the edge on settings 0 then 2 then 4 and then finally on 6. I cant get the timing out of the smarty tho no matter what i do and the only way i can get the rail under 20000 psi is with the edge on 6. When i bought the smarty i was running stock injectors stock turbo wild torq on level 9 and i could get the timing/duration to get my rail under 17000. When stacked with the edge on six i could keep my rail right under 19000 but it ran a lot harder.... which really makes no sense, but thats how it was. After a month or so of running the smarty software i had to start backing my catcher levels down to get my timing back. I ended up clear back at level 5 to get the timing. So honestly i really dont know where to go from here... i know the truck will make more power than it is presantly but i dont know where things are going wrong to get it back up and running strong again.
