2006 P0243 P0480 Short Help!!

2006 5.9 48RE Driving and check engine light came on. Will only build 21 Pounds of boost even. Codes P0243 P0480 Fan Clutch and Wastegate Code. Fuse #6 Was Blown. Put a new fuse in it and it blew instantly. Unpluged the fan clutch and the wastegate actuator and it still blew the fuse. I checked the fuse holder and one side has 12 Volts and one side has continuity to ground (A Short) I assume its in the wiring.

My question is is there any other componet that is in the same circuit ( on the same fuse) that could be faulty I could unplug and check

and are there any common places in this harness or distribution box for a short

Thanks in Advance
