Steps are easy... put a socket on the front fuel line fitting and loosen. Remove the hollowed bolt and 2 gaskets. Installation is the reverse. Torque to 17 inch pounds to aviod snapping it off in the pump and be sure to use new gaskets on either side of the banjo fitting. Check my gallery for pics that show the VP and it is the one toward the front of the truck. Good Luck... Chris

Went ahead and ordered valve today. will be in tommorow and will put it in after work. I went ahead and assumed it was the problem since it the pressure reads different everytime i start the truck

That's cool. Please keep us updated so we can see if that was the issue or not. Also, could you post the part number so we save some of the guys and gals a little time when they head to the dealer? Thanks... Chris

valve didn't help. called airdog up and they walked me through taking cover off pump and checking some things. pump had wear inside the casing so they are sending a new pump that will be here tomorrow. hopefully that fixes it all. they have been very good with me.

will post the part number for valve when i get home
