Converter Lock Up

i am trying to help a guy get his truck fixed that is in town for a horse show from OR. the issue that he is got is that the converter seems to try to go in and out of lock up when driving at about 50 mph. what could this be? where should i start? overdrive solenoid? tps?

Try cleaning batt. connectiong, body and frame grounds. I had same problem with my truck, also when he gets back, it might pay to order a DTT noise filter. Dont cost much easy to hook up, and it should fix the problem.

It was in the wiring. I spliced into my wires at the TPS (light blue to the PCM, and Black/Yellow to ground) and ran to the PCM and then spliced the ground dirict to the battery. it works perfect and was an easy fix. thanks for the replys
