need help with 01 cummins not running right

i have an 01 cummins and i just put a new vp44 in it yesterday and it is still not running right. when i get to about 70mph and up and put the peddle down it rumbles and doesnt want to got. i had the codes check and it is coming up with 2 boost codes saying they are too high and a code for the vp44 being out of time and a high 5 volt code. please help

how would i find out wether it is or not? i talked to a guy who has a cummins shop and he told me they are self timing.

im pretty sure you still have to have the base timing correct. i havent done one....... yet
