I talked to banks and ith hooks in after the cumputer so it leaves no trace. And doesnt effect the lift pump at all. So i answered my own question. And i do have free towing so that is a go

i had some tranny troubles and took to dealer for warranty, had no troubles at all with dealer and i left my banks six gun on the truck.

Chips/programmers do not increase voltage to the pump or increase the lift pumps pressure. The only thing a chip/programmer can do (indirectly) to a lift pump is require more of it. When chips increase the power of the engine from the IP, the IP needs more fuel.

I called banks and none of the chips change or do anything to effect the lift pump and he said it wont show on the computer so i ripped out the banks and the cai but in the stocker and the flat bed comes to pick me up tommorrow.

Yea now its totally dead. Fuel gauge doesnt budge and it doesnt even try to start up, it just keeps on cranking....and cranking

Well the work on it monday so well see
