Bully Dog PMT HELP!!!! Seriously!!

The pmt gets to 99%......then it locks up like some microsoft program right at 99% of the tuning instal...

Here is the best part.... truck will not do anything now, and is 1st in the driveway blocking everything....

I have now re did this recovery part 3 times and i either get locked up at 0% or i get to 99% ....

Please ANY HELP ON THIS

There is no display of the trans anymore, it is like it deleted the comp...

Gotta love this, always the simple things that turn into 3 days of hell...maybe worse

sorry chief not much help with the pmt, but my outlook is taking a dump on me. Just got it back from being fixed by them and now it has more problems. My downloader would freeze up like that also. I sometimes ask myself, why am I sticking with bullydog. Their customer service sucks a$$, on hold forever, rude people. Damn! I just don't know man. Good luck
