H36 recall

Oh folks this may have been here before but it is WAY WAY important so let us do it again.

Our Fire departmenthas a Dodge 2500 SLT (gasser but O well)
Yesterday after running two or three emergency calls they were coming back to the department, got in the parking lot, turned left and the drag link came off the pitman arm and hit the ground. NOT GOOD
Had this happened ten mins earlier we would have been had what could have been a life and death crash for who knows how mwny vehicles.

Turns out there is a recall H36, issued in January 09 which never made it to us, and by the way our Ocean rescue vehicle is the same.
Went to the dealer and they denied a recall (until we showed them a printed copy).

PLEASE, PLEASE check out this recall, see if you or anyone you know is at risk and get it looked at.
Loss of steering is no joke at any speed.

Be safe and good luck.

Rick
