The junkyards down in Southern California had plenty, but there's 40 or so here in Phoenix that don't have a single first gen. It sucks.

And I see a few first gens driving around here every day too; I don't understand why they crushed all of them.

Maybe they shipped them to somewhere else.

I was looking for door locks (the motor assy) about a year ago. I became fustrated and exclaimed to a salvage yard. I was told that these trucks are too old. Too old to keep in inventory. Too old to take up the space needed for newer/curent models.

Guys, here is a link to a site that deals with NOS stuff (new old stock). I have found a couple of things there for the 93, one was brake pedal pads.

Welcome to Brad's NOS Parts!

Might be worth checking for stuff like the door locks.May or may not have them.

If you can't find them in a junk yard you can get them from a guy like me who is parting out a 91 LE

PM me with what you need (just the lock motors?) and we can go from there.

Power lock solenoids are pretty generic. There should be lots of vehicles that use the same motor as the Dodge! You should be able to just reuse your old bracket on a different solenoid.
