my high school baseball/softball teams have this 1991 dodge viper yellow Ram 250 restored going for raffle. i'm trying to get my dad to buy a ticket. but he won't saying it will get awful MPGs. heres a few things about it. It has 332,xxx miles, New Automatic transmission, frame on restoration, new paint- dodge viper yellow, new chrome, new glass, new tires, new lights, custom built king ranch leather interior, 20" custom wheels & 6" lift and off-road suspension, new custom built fuel pump, new lift pump, custom built exhaust, high performance injectors, k&n air filter, rhino liner. it is also 4x4. i'll include pictures. but what kind of MPG should i be looking at with this truck?? i'm thinking about 15 or more. my dad thinks 6-8. please help and quick!!
it won't let me post the pictures right now, but whenever it will allow me, i will. and what can i do to get the MPGs up?! i've researched the 24v cummins for 2 years now and i knew a lot more about it than the 12v. so i need a little help with this one.
Dont let too much coal roll...is u best bet when people fet those trucks the like to turn that pump up and roll on...i cant blame them just keep it below 2k RPMS and ur mpgs will be closer to 20...im a 24v guy myself so thats about my limit

it's in middle tennessee, a local attorney/ coach of the baseball team gave it to the baseball and softball teams to sell raffle tickets to raise money for our new fields. i've bought 2 tickets ($100 each) and imma buy 2 more the day of the raffle at $10 each. only 248 will be sold. i'm really needing this truck so i can get a vehicle to go to UTK next fall. 135 mile trip. so i need to do mods to get the MPGs up.
lmao! i wish i could! i could buy a few more, but i can't afford to spend $1500 on tickets and not win it somehow haha gotta have money for another vehicle and college if this doesn't work out. i really need it to tho!!
