Hey Red...fellow Coloradin here...now relocated, do yourself a favor and get to Cummins once you find your Eng. Ser.# They can get you a new Engine I.D. tag and you can simply stamp all your info on it and rivet it to the gear housing. Get the actual Cummins spiral rivets for it. In my days at Cummins Eng. Co. years ago it was a stocking item at most Distributors, I'm not talking about your local Dealers, you need to get to Cummins for the right part. The tag actually has it's own part #. PM me here and I'll try to get a part number off one of mine to forward to ya. I'll also send you my newest favorite Govt. avatar...your's is a good one too. BD.
