anyone know how to take it out and what size wrench

you have to take the AFC housing off like you are putting in a new governor spring... I think its a 17mm, could be wrong on the size, its bee a while since I have taken it off

dont take the governor off and its a 15/16 just get in there its a pian but you can do it !

a lot of people cut the top off of the bracket that will get in your way. i unhooked all of the throttle linkage and it probably was a waste of my time. 15/16 is the size i used also.
VW Volkswagen Diesel TDI Injector Pump Nozzle Fuel Filter Glow Plug Gauge Timing Tool Bosch Injection VNT Turbocharger Head Gasket M-TDI MTDI Golf Jetta 1.6 1.9 the cheapest place to buy them i believe. you must have a lot of pressure in the pump. to reduce that you can turn back your full power screw, put in larger injectors or just take out the plunger and spring out of your current solenoid and hook a choke cable to the manual shut off on the side of the pump to shut the engine off.
