A/T problems please help

I have a 93 ram 250 4x4 with 95000. The transmission was rebuilt 5 months ago because it wouldnt work at all. After the rebuild it was working very well, then the other day I was crusing about 65 mph and the tranny down shifted by itself and would not shift back up. Then down shift again about two miles down the road. At this point I was running about 25 mph. Since I was close to home I decided to take it slow and get it home. I checked the fluids and it was good to go. Has anyone had a similiar thing happen to them? I'm a novice at transmissions so any insight would be greatly appreicated. Thanks

Read the page in this link and check your truck the way it says. Then post back what you find.
