Another point i can make is this, the intercooled trucks(91.5 to 93 years) had crappy injectors from the factory. They don't flow as well as the earlier non intercooled trucks. You won't get the same HP gains by just turning the pump up as someone with the earlier gen 1's

extrude honing pins

I was wondering if it would be cheaper to to have my stock pins honed and who does that kind of thing ?

Scheid diesel, New Era.

most places won't hone your tips, becuase the tips are old and usually will just fall apart if you trying honing them out with a 15,000RPM++ machine. Most places won't do it. New tips for your stock injector body is usually the option
