marine injectors in a first gen?

i have came across a set of 370hp boshe marine injectors cheap....does ne one kno if they will go in a first gen ok or what needs to b dun to put them ina first gen bfor i start taking my truck apart

The only usable parts are the nozzles and pintles. You can swap nozzles from them to your 1stgen injector body but they may not pop correctly. I would at least try it if you have the injectors already.

If you change the timing cover, IP, lines, and a bunch of small stuff!

The angle of the holes still won't be quite right for the pistons, as I understand it.
If you really want to try them, take your injectors and the 370's to the fuel shop and have them swap the nozzles and set the pop pressures for the VE.
If you buy a set of 370's from New Era or someplace, they are all set to use in a 1st gen.

They are 81.00 a piece just for the tip. If you got 'em free your very lucky. They will flow nearly as much as the Lucas tip (POD)

yea got em off a pullin rig that put a rod thru the block....i gotta hx55 and a nv4500 and south ben 3600 off this same rig
im thinkin of convertin my first gen to a nv4500 also
