So, you're saying I would have to change my first gen transfer case to a second gen? Is there no other and preferably cheaper/simpler way to make the odo/speedo/tach/cruise work?

I looked into it and the only way to get it to work is with the 241dld because the Chevy 241 that came in ur burb is almost identical, all you have to do is swap the Vss sensor housing and the tone ring from you Chevy case to the dodge case and voila! Plug it in an everything should work, I can get pics if you want.
