Do I have a boost leak

I make about 21psi at WOT. Im wondering if I have a boost leak because when the turbo spools I cant tell if the noise is just from the turbo or a leak somewhere.

91 intercooled
coolertubz
denny T
Full power screw turned in past collar
4 inch intake with open amsoil filter
Auto
thanks in advanced

sounds about right to me. with the pump turned all the way up you might see 25psi of boost.
