Do I have a boost leak

I make about 21psi at WOT. Im wondering if I have a boost leak because when the turbo spools I cant tell if the noise is just from the turbo or a leak somewhere.

91 intercooled
denny T
Full power screw turned in past collar
4 inch intake with open amsoil filter

sounds about right to me. with the pump turned all the way up you might see 25psi of boost.
92 W250- K&N Filter, Smoke Screw Adjusted, Synthetic Transmission Fluid.

The most i,ve got on mine was 18-19 so id say your alrite.

ya that sounds right. i was getting 25psi when i still had my stock turbo and injectors and 3 inch down pipe but its straigh piped to stacks. now i get close to 35
1989 W250 Cummins, pump tuned,366 spring,M-5 fuel pin,K&N Air,custom air box,intercooled,HX-40,5x14 injectors,stacks,built 46rh. Dynoed with 727 trans at 332hp and 715ft-lbs at the rw at Diesel Shop dyno days thanks to Beans Diesel Performance with Dyno Dynamics
