Nice - so are you doing a full porting job, or just pocket porting? Just wondering what sort of numbers you'd get from either, but as you said we'll see once you get some numbers off the bench.

were are gonna do different stages. the minimum will have a full port on the exhaust side and blended on the intake. and we are gonna do a full race port that has the intake cut off and a full head ported and reamed for 14mm head studs if you desire. we are also doing fire ringing, oringing or whatever else you would need done. just to give you some background we did the motor for adam cornells 1300+ hp ford cummins.

What kinda cash are we talking about for a stage 1 (?) P&P w/ o-rings, or a stage 2 (?) with the manifold milled w/ o-rings?

FWIW our 194 exh. flow numbers are with the stock valve in also. PDR's stage 3 port that is 194 cfm flow is with the intake valve put in. friday i cut for the bigger valve but didnt have to flow the head yet. also we realized that the sleeve i had in the flow bench was smaller then the stock bore. so we r making a new sleeve the right size to see what happens. we also got 174 cfm on the intake that we did but my boss did one a while ago that he got 184 or 189 cfm on and we are gonna try and reproduce that one. so i will let you guys know when i get new flow numbers. thanks for watchin.

got 200.3 cfm today still with the stock valve. I think we might still have a little more room to go but prolly pretty close to max. we tried putting the intake valve in the exhaust side and lost cfm but we're gonna try a couple things and see and if it changes. i'll get you updated.
