Kelderman makes a kit but if i remeber right it was $800, thats to much for me. So I bought a set of airbags for $100 bucks, and built my own brackets out of 5/16" frame rail and the curve of the frame rail I used to my advantage because it matches up perfectly with our frame, I try to post pics.

I am pretty sure if you make the groove to deep the needle as you call it wont go back it and you may be stuck at full throttle( i can be wrong). But i know that the 1/2" stock wont last very long, because Dennyt has to have his pins hardend and it still wears a small groove in it, I dont know what hardening process or what kinda metal he uses but I think he did a lot of research into it, probably more that BD did because I have heard their pins wear down. That just what I have heard.

Thats pretty sweet on the air bags and look really good too. and that short bed conversion looks really good also. and key 1989 your right about the hardness of the material so i switched to a more hardened material (carbide barely cuts it). but i got the main thing done, got the right diameter and length also threaded the end. jus wanna do a little more research in the grove and how much and what angle to take out. theres a pic of it on my trucks profile dont know how to put it on the forrum

oh well i was board at wal mart (small town with nothing to do ) so i found these little cup holder things with cd holders as well so i thought to myself if i took one of these and cut out the part the cds go into and make it so my shifter comes out of their and make a rubber wrap that went into it would look kinda like the commonrail setups and i would have cup holders

i put parts of 3rd gen cup holders in, a 2nd gen center seat, 2nd gen intercooler, and an S300 from a cat engine. i'm planning on 2x3 rectangle tube steps and front and rear air bag setups. the one that gets the most comments would be the 44mag revolver cylinder shift knob!
