Injector Pop testing
I have a set of 12v injectors and I was wondering what kind of adapter or special tool you need to pop test them. I have a pop-tester and the adapter to pop-test the 24v injectors and I can't find anything on about how to pop test these. And you do need a shim to adjust the pressures on these models right?

yes you do need to add/subtract shims to adjust popping pressure. the internal spring isn't replaced to adjust it.

Any idea on where to get shims? I've been wanting to get a tester and adapter, as I can't trust the local fuel shop here. Where did you get your tester and adapter? Sean

The shim were really hard to find for the 24v havent looked for the 12v ones yet and the adapter for the 24v is miller tool 8301 and I got lucky once a found one on ebay and won it. But I still didnt get my question awsered... You have to have a adapter for the 12v injector like a special adapter or do they just have a male like a tractor injector does?
