intercooled 1990
i have a 1990 and i am looking to intercool it. what is the best way to do it and what all do i need to get it complete. i have a guy holding an intercooling kit from a 1993 ctd but i just need to know what the easiest way. thanks ironhead

yes it will work. you will have to get a bigger turbo though cuz yalls are the baby h1c's. PS josh i got one for sale when i get that 35 lol

the rad support on the early 1st gens are different than the 91.5's. This is not a bolt on, do a quick search in these forums, we have several guys that have done this swap.

When I intercooled mine I put a 1st gen cooler in but later put a 2nd gen cooler out of a 96 in If I were to do it again I never would have put the 1st gen cooler in because it requres too much cutting of the core support Check out this album on my photobucket acount lots of good pics my IC swap pics start on page 9 The Dodge pictures by pulltilbroke - Photobucket
