intercooled 1990

i have a 1990 and i am looking to intercool it. what is the best way to do it and what all do i need to get it complete. i have a guy holding an intercooling kit from a 1993 ctd but i just need to know what the easiest way. thanks ironhead

get all the parts of a factory 1st gen intercooled dodge. Then install on your truck.

yes it will work. you will have to get a bigger turbo though cuz yalls are the baby h1c's. PS josh i got one for sale when i get that 35 lol

the rad support on the early 1st gens are different than the 91.5's. This is not a bolt on, do a quick search in these forums, we have several guys that have done this swap.

When I intercooled mine I put a 1st gen cooler in but later put a 2nd gen cooler out of a 96 in If I were to do it again I never would have put the 1st gen cooler in because it requres too much cutting of the core support
