I have heard that same of the bully dog pin's had issue's with being too soft. They would get a groove in them. This has probably bean fixed but b cautious. Also try lookin up dennyT, he's over on DTR and he makes a great pin.

yeah i installed my bully dog fuel pin but i put the washer back in with it...and then i heard that if you shaved part of the washer off it would help, but i just decided to take it right out, so i then took it out, and it helped a lot!!! more bottom end, because the pin would go farther down and fuel more, and more top end also because the pin could move farther down and the needle could go just about all the way up the pin, cuz with the washer, you could see it wouldn't travel all the way up the pin... and yes just the pin alone does seem to help quite a bit, more bottom end and top end, they claim that it gives you up to 40 hp. I got mine on ebay for $100!!!

I'm not sure how the bully dog pin compares to a ground stock one... but i really like my bully dog one, and for $100 bucks, i get more power, and i can always put my stock pin back in just in case the tranny starts slippin or somethin like that, so to me its worth the money for the power and for the reason i can go back to my stock one just in case.

OMG I just had a test drive with my new bully pin and I can not believe it is the same truck. I guess though it might have some to do with my new ($900) injection pump.

There was a Bully Dog pin in the 92 in my sig and it had at least a 1/16th groove in it when I sold it. Very soft for being 1-1/2 years old.
