Hole in Fuel Tank-

What is the stuff to use that diesel fuel won't break down? Hole is in top of tank.:S:

Its a plastic tank... you could get a plastic weld kit and melt 'er back together if you want a more "permanent" repair.

Otherwise I'd head to your local auto parts store and get a stick of the two part fuel tank epoxy. I've used it on multiple beater cars to success every time (provided a large piece of the tank doesn't fall in when applying it.

Says metal tanks only, but I've used it on both. :thumbsup:

and make sure your tank vents are working, the only time I've ever seen a plastic tank fail is when the cap fails to vent and it actually cracks the tank.
