well i just about finshed up my heater core today, what a pain , took me about 4 hours to get it out,cleaned the hell out of everything it was a mess,got just about everything back together today!!!!

'93 d-350" p-pumped,no plate,2095 rack plug,5x16 custom sticks,o-ringed head,laser cuts,twins in the making 12mm arp studs,6in miter cut stack,4k gov,60lb valve springs,3in ic,build trans,auto meter gauges, (CUMMINS is the ,Best, forget about the rest!! )

you dont have to remove the hole dash,remove glove box,there is 6 hold down nuts on the fire wall that hold to heater unit in. i just loosened up all the dash screws an get it movein around,i got a buddie hold up on the dash an i wiggled it out. just take your time an pay attention to where all the vaccum lines go!!!
