89 rebuild
Here's what me and my dad did this summer. here is what we started with. We took it all the way down to the frame and rebuilt it from there.![]() ![]() ![]() Here's what it looks like now. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() This is the old parts truck. We took the flatbed off of it and rebuilt it to fit my truck. ![]() Still got a ways to go!

89 W-250 5 speed, cummins reman(95) non-I/C, 4" turbo back, 1.5 turns on smoke screw. More to come.

From what I can see you already have the top overloads so I really don't think you will gain anything from the swap. I used a 1 ton donor truck and the springs are the same width and thickness so same spring set.
