89 rebuild

Here's what me and my dad did this summer. here is what we started with.
We took it all the way down to the frame and rebuilt it from there.




Here's what it looks like now.




This is the old parts truck. We took the flatbed off of it and rebuilt it to fit my truck.

Still got a ways to go!

89 W-250 5 speed, cummins reman(95) non-I/C, 4" turbo back, 1.5 turns on smoke screw. More to come.

Looks like a good project! Are you planning on putting the dually axle under it?

No' but I am going to put the one ton springs under it.

From what I can see you already have the top overloads so I really don't think you will gain anything from the swap. I used a 1 ton donor truck and the springs are the same width and thickness so same spring set.

That 1 ton was a custom build and it had extra heavy duty springs on it. Besides, my 3/4 ton springs are sagging real bad.
