vacuum pump leaking....

from right around the connection to the back side of the timing case. easy fix or something to worry about? is it a seal or is this a major repair? (91 intercooled 4X4)

Thats just a gasket at that point. Clean it off and watch it closely. Most of the time its leaking around the seal closest to the power steering pump.

Most likely not. I haven't heard of anyone that has found that seal by itself yet. There is a place that sells reseal kits for these Vac pumps. I'll have to look around for a link. Its been a while sence I have seen it posted.
