smoke ring tip

i heard of this tip you get that blows rings at idle does any one have one or know how to make it because it sounds sweet

ive seen pulling tractors do it but thats account of the high compression

haha I thought this was a tip on how to blow smoke rings..

A727 w/ 3.07s, starwheel bottomed, smoke screw turned out, fuel screw 3/4 turn from runaway, Timed 3/16", DennyT stgII, 366 spring, 12cm exhaust housing, Amsoil air filter, muffler gone, Isspro pyro/boost. G-end TC, 62/71/14 S300, 4" DP to 5" to single 7" miter coming soon when funds allow.

66 Charger, 440 mag, carter 4 barrel, modified cam
