S.o.p. #6
I know the first thing your thinking. What is S.O.P. #6 This is a 1st gen based meet and greet event. It is normaly held the 1st weekend in Oct. This year it is Oct. 3rd. It is held in Peru,IN 46970. Greenleaf,Case500D (who is not a member of this site) and me have hosted this event for what is the 6th year now. S.O.P stands for Smoke Over Peru. For people that want to camp there is on site camping. For the people that come in on Friday evening or night. We normaly have some sort of light meal setup. On Sat there is a cookout of some sorts. I haven't decided on the meal yet. On Sat night we have a chili cookout and camp fire down by a pond. When it gets closer to the event. I will post a list of needed items. I supply the main course then the attendee's bring varius pitch in items. If you have any parts you would like to bring to sell or swap that is fine. You can list them here for anyone to see what you have. Do Not list any prices on parts. Take everthing to PM's or emails on any parts someone lists here. In case your wondering why so early on this post. We have some people that come in from a distance. So early warning for coming is needed in their case. For people that want to attend I will send out directions about 2 weeks before the event. BTW if anyone has a conversion vehicle with a VE based engine in it. Your welcome also. For the new members if you go to the sticky at the top of this forum. There are pic's from last years meet.

Sounds like a plan to me. I'm putting in for time off on those days. Might wind up with the YF there too... Mark

You know Pete is. ![]() Jeremy can't waste his. He has to much equipment. ![]() I don't know what everyone is going to do on Saturaday mornings. The truck stop closed the resturant and opened a subway in its place.
