Mines got 368k and the only problem so far was the head gasket and the trans. But if I hadn't been beating on it it would probably still been going strong.

1 million miles on a 1990 is 53000 miles a year? That's a lot of driving! I do about 25k per year on all of my vehicles together. I couldn't picture doing 53k per year in my buddies 89. That thing is noisey as heck, and as far as comfort.. Well, that thing is nothing like anything else I've ever ridden in. Power, well, his is bone stock, and it definitely doesn't have the power that our 97s have. By ours, I mean he and I both own 97s. My 97 has about 170k, I put on about 100 miles. My buddy has about 157k on his 97, he's put on about 5k.
